Based on Nichtern’s new multi-tiered book, Creativity, Spirituality & Making a Buck (release by Wisdom Publications Oct 2019), participants will each and together explore our individual life puzzle through the lens of personal well-being, creative expression and the development of tangible business skills.

Incorporating meditation practices drawn from the Buddhist tradition, we will learn to develop clarity, precision, and stability as well as a friendly and inquisitive attitude – as the ground for transformation and personal evolution.

Open to all levels, the workshop includes meditation instruction & practice, talk and discussion, as well as individual and group process.
