A mastermind group provides peer-to-peer mentoring and resource sharing to a small group of likeminded people. Individuals bring professional goals to the group and receive support and accountability from other members.
This group is specifically for individuals who are interested in the intersection of entrepreneurship and contemplative practice. Ideal group members own a small business, private practice, or are budding entrepreneurs that share the values of running a mission-centric organization. Group members should have a combination of professional experience, contemplative practice, network connections, and other resources to offer their fellow group members.
The benefits of this Mastermind group include:
Collective Wisdom: Share your professional challenges and goals and receive feedback from a group of like-minded peers.
Cross-promotion: Have your work cross-promoted by group members to expand your reach.
Networking: Expand your network with introductions that can help take your work to the next level.
Accountability: Have your feet held to the fire by group members that want you to succeed.
Support: Be part of a community of peers that share common goals and values.
Entrepreneurs and business owners who participate in Mastermind groups report dramatic increases in their personal and professional success. This group is unique in that it will focus on supporting organizations that are contemplative/healing/self-development focused, and/or businesses that are run by individuals that have a strong contemplative background that informs their work.
Meetings will be held once a week. Group meetings will start with a brief meditation, a check in from each member on their goals and progress that week, and a deep dive into the work of one group member.
