Through meditation and guided imagery, experiential exercises, writing and reflection you will walk away with concrete strategies you can bring into your life to create positive changes that support your well-being.

Beth Kurland, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist, author and public speaker with over 25 years of clinical experience. With a passion for and expertise in mindfulness and mind-body strategies, she helps people across the life span to cultivate whole person health and wellness.
