Discovering your sense of purpose is a powerful way to cultivate a deeper sense of fulfillment, happiness, and well being in life. This course will guide you through reflective exercises and meditation practices to help you connect with your core values and find greater meaning in your daily actions.
As one of the fundamental elements of meditation, intention allows us to connect with the underlying motivation and purpose of our practice. Without intention, meditation can become aimless and unfocused. Different from have a set goal of a specific practice, recognizing intention connects us to the ‘why’ of meditation.
Join us in building a safe and supportive community learning space as we explore the transformative power of meditation practice and how it can help align your actions with your purpose.
