Paula D'Arcy is the author of thirteen books and President of Red Bird Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to helping those in need of healing and hope. Paula's work includes Women's Rites of Passage, leading pilgrimages to Chartres Cathedral in France, spiritual retreats and facilitating "Circles" of men and women who are ready to open their hearts and live as a presence of love and change in this world.
On Sunday, November 3rd, from 9-1pm, Paula will offer an experience for 12 men and women which will include encouraging a deep listening to life and others, periods of silence and reflection, simple writing exercises to bring forth authentic feelings and an exploration of ways we might move beyond our usual conversations and perceptions into living in a larger way.
A former psychotherapist in private practice, Paula's own interior journey was deepened in 1975 (and the years following) when she survived an automobile accident that took the lives of her husband and two year old daughter. Paula was three months pregnant at the time, and her second daughter, Beth, was born six months later.
