This long-running, live, weekly drop-in was designed to make it easier for beginners to learn to meditate and for experienced people to maintain a regular practice in community. Now, coming together in practice communities has never been more important.
Our half-hour includes greetings, a short talk, and a 20-minute mindfulness/compassion meditation.
