Join us for an eight week contemplative yoga session to explore the true essence of yoga and bring the mind in balance. We will explore and study the ancient teachings of Sage Patanjali as described in the Yoga Sutras using gentle body movements and breath exercises. Using meditation, we will lead ourselves to a calmer state of mind.

About Instructor:
Anushri Singhvi teaches Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Yoga Philosophy. She is a long-time meditation practitioner with a deep interest in sharing her experience in using yoga, meditation and mindfulness as a tool for stress reduction and overall wellbeing. She completed a year long 200 Hour Teacher Training at the Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Center, IL (March 2016-2017). She also completed an 8-week MBSR course (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) in 2017 and attended a 10 day silent Vipassana retreat in April 2019.
