This Hatha Yoga class will bring more peace, joy and freedom to your body and mind. Practice traditional breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asana) and relaxation techniques (savasana, Yoga Nidra.) Dive into a meditation in motion and stillness that will help you connect more authentically with yourself and the world around you. Perfect for newbies and seasoned Yogis alike.

About Instructor:

Jill Braverman is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor known for her gentle, non-judgmental approach. Her passion is helping you learn how to practice Yoga safely, even with injuries or limitations, how to tune into your own body’s wisdom, and how to deeply rest and rejuvenate. You will benefit from her training in Yin Yoga, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Anxiety & Depression, as well as her background as a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
