This class will offer children a joyful yoga and meditation experience. Children will develop a practice that engages the body through yoga poses, balance, strength, and flexibility. Partner and group activities, movement, and games will encourage awareness of the body, cooperation, and support for one another. Breath work, short meditations, and Savasana will invite children to experience a sense of calm and connection. Confidence, self-esteem, concentration, a strong mind/body connection, and a sense of freedom and joy are just a few of the many benefits of a yoga and meditation practice.
