This group will offer mindfulness-based art therapy practices focusing on accessing emotions, releasing tension, and restoring a wholly healthy relationship with our bodies. Participants will gain experience in mindfulness-based guided meditation, creative expression, and therapeutic processing within a structured virtual group. Guided by a licensed holistic psychotherapist, this group will provide a supportive space for participants to engage and develop practical, evidence-based skills that promote mental and emotional health. Please note: no prior skills required. To ensure you get the most out of this group please prepare by finding a comfortable place to sit or lay down, space for light movement/stretching, and any/all materials available for writing and art making.
