Yin yoga is a long slow practice. It assists with deepening you postures and encourages an understanding of meditation and stillness through yoga. The poses are typically helps for 3-5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of the of the body and introspection into your inner self.

The Tibetan Singing Bowls, which are tuned to musical notes that correspond to the different chakras of the body - restoring your balance of energy. Since the body is made up of mostly water, the vibrational effect of the Tibetan Singing Bowls feels like a full body cellular message.

This is a perfect practice for letting go, breathing through sensations, and allowing powerful transformation and healing to take place, both in the body and mind.

The practice begins with Yin Yoga and ends with a relaxing transformative Sound Bath.
