Reiki Level One Training with Liz Elia

Reiki is a system of healing energy work which originated over 2,500 years ago. It was discovered over a century ago in Buddhist texts by a Dr. Mikao Usui from Japan.

Rei (universal) Ki (energy) is a focused transmission of healing from one person to another that does not drain energy from the practitioner. It stimulates the body's natural abilities to heal itself and is a healing modality accessible to all- no experience, beliefs, or previous knowledge required! Even children can learn how to practice Reiki. It is simple, easy, and the work can be practiced hands-on or hands-off.

Reiki 1 is a powerful addition to any caregiver's practice, or can be used to enhance an individual's self care. It is a simple tool that helps to ease suffering and bring vitality to oneself, family, friends, and animals.

In this level 1 training and certification you will:

- Become attuned to Reiki energy
- Learn the history of Reiki

- Become a Reiki 1 practitioner

- Activate personal healing tools
- Practice energy scanning- detecting imbalances in the subtle energy fields
- Learn a Reiki self-care routine

- Practice giving Reiki to others

- Learn Reiki meditation techniques

CLEAR IT OUT

Overcome Allergies and Fight Disease with

Allergy Release Technique® & The Emotion Code

Thursday, April 30th 7:00 – 8:00

- Remove unwanted toxins and reset your immune system,
- Release negative emotions energetically,
- and finally find true health!

Allergy Release Technique®

A.R.T. is an incredibly effective protocol for those dealing with allergies, sensitivities and symptoms of all types.  It has been used with over 400 children to cure their anaphylactic food allergies.

A.R.T. is a non-invasive, holistic process which strengthens your immune system, allowing it to function optimally.  This allows us to work on food and environmental sensitivities, skin and digestive issues and a variety of other health concerns.

The following conditions can be treated:

• Food Sensitivities & Allergies (currently treating non-anaphylactic allergies)

• Seasonal & Environmental Allergies

• Lyme Disease

• Animal Allergies

• Skin Conditions including Eczema

• Digestive Issues including Lactose Intolerance and Oral Allergy Syndrome

• Imbalanced Hormones (hot flashes, etc.)

• PANDAS / PANS

The Emotion Code

Our subconscious archives and remembers all of our life experiences.  These experiences, when negative, can result in emotions becoming ‘trapped’ in us.  The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and literally release these trapped emotions.

Because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues and can cause emotional issues, acute pain and disease.  Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal so physical and emotional difficulties disappear or become much more manageable.

Consciousness is only 10% of the entire brain, subconsciousness is 90%!

Investment: $15

Supporting Investment: $20

Student/ Affordability Investment: $10

Anyone who wishes to become a new client of A.R.T. and / or The Emotion Code may apply their investment in the Clear It Out information session to the cost of treatment.
